Cancellation & Refund Policy for Education Training & Support Services
At SkillsBury Edtech LLP, we strive to provide exceptional education training and support services to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. We have therefore established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.
1. Cancellation of Enrollment:
1.1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training program or support service, you must notify us in writing or via email at least 5 days before the scheduled start date of the program.
1.2. In the event of cancellation within 15 days of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total program fee will be applicable. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
1.3. If you fail to provide notice of cancellation and do not attend the program or use the support service without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Eligibility:
2.1. Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made in accordance with section 1 of this policy.
2.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must have paid the full program or service fee at the time of enrollment.
2.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 10 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:
3.1. Certain fees, such as registration fees, administrative fees, or material fees, are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund calculation.
3.2. If applicable, these non-refundable fees will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment or purchase.
4. Rescheduling:
4.1. If you need to reschedule your training program or support service to a later date, you may request a one-time transfer to an available future program or service within 7 days of the original start date, subject to availability.
4.2. Rescheduling requests made after the specified deadline or multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees or restrictions.
5. Instructor-Led Training:
5.1. For instructor-led training programs, if unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or force majeure events, require us to cancel or reschedule a program, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5.2. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer your enrollment to a future program or receive a full refund of the program fee.
